We honestly think that choosing Britney Spears and Demi Lovato as the new judges of 'The X Factor' was a calculated but piss-poor choice. Spears signed on to the tune of $15 MILLION for a single season with Lovato making about 1/15th of that sum. While Britney is a bona fide superstar, she is NO vocatlist and has barely been 'present' in the few interviews she's had since her very public meltdown.
